Emma has strong paralegal skills and a solid knowledge of legal processes and procedures, having been exposed to litigated an unlitigated claims. She works closely with our lawyers providing paralegal assistance in complex matters, in which she assists with case planning, legal research, summarising documents, drafting documents and gathering evidence. Emma also assists with matters that are resolved by way alternate dispute resolution and at the hearing of matters that proceed to trial.
Emma is enthusiastic about ensuring best practice and a keen eye for monitoring, auditing and implementing compliance with service agreements and associated KPI’s.
Emma’s experience in both the commercial and legal arenas enables her to bring a no-nonsense and commercial perspective to the matters she is involved in while at the same time displaying empathy and understanding.
