Laoise is a highly experienced litigator who has practice has included public liability, professional indemnity, product liability and property damage claims. She has managed both domestic and commercial property claims.
Laoise also has considerable experience in both contentious and non-contentious insurance matters including policy interpretation, regulatory issues and coverage disputes.
Laoise has considerable experience in claims involving catastrophic injuries and latent injuries. Laoise has a vast experience in historical sexual and physical abuse claims, having led a team in the management of these claims.
Laoise has drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements and providing general legal advice on various business related matters including data protection, dispute resolution and regulatory issues.
