Lillian Kidman

Lillian is acutely aware of the impact that litigation can visit upon those involved; she is highly responsive and manages claims compassionately and sensitively from a client-centric perspective.

In July 2020, Lillian joined Wendy Blacker Lawyers as a solicitor, after commencing her career in a claimant based insurance firm, where she gained valuable experience over the course of four years.

Lillian has utilised the experience she gained from the claimant’s perspective, and applies this in general insurance and historical abuse claims, which allows her to provide advice to clients from an informed position.

Lillian’s practice includes public liability, professional negligence and professional conduct and compliance matters.

Lillian has extensive experience representing clients in dispute resolution, and is also a confident advocate, having appeared in the District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, and the Federal Court of Australia.
