Lynette joined Wendy Blacker Lawyers in April 2018 as a Law Graduate and continued as a solicitor when she was admitted to the Supreme Court in August 2018.

Lynette works primarily in the Insurance Law practice and a large portion of her work includes Historical Abuse claims. Lynette specialises in the management of historical abuse matters involving Government and Private Institutions. She also assists in the management and defence of personal injury and professional liability claims arising from both general liability and professional indemnity matters and which includes intentional torts, professional negligence, public liability and vicarious liability. Lynette has also advised education authorities in the defence of discrimination and victimisation claims made against schools and vocational institutions.

Lynette previously worked for more than 20 years in workplace investigations into sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination in South Africa where she also represented and advocated on behalf of clients in court, arbitrations, mediations and informal settlement conferences.
